After the rumors that oil factory "Vital" might be sold due to insolvency of the overall business that is run by its majority owner, the securities of that Vrbas-based company have become one of the most interesting on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
The price of stocks of "Vital" grew by over 40% in less than seven days, and the main seller was Swedish investment fund "Gustavus", which sold all of its 2.5% of stocks.
The buyers are numerous minor investors who speculate that the possible takeover of "Vital" might significantly increase the current price.
With the price of stocks of 1,365 RSD, which was registered on May 29th, the market value of that oil factory amounted to 932m RSD.
