"Zlatara Majdanpek" for sale on June 26th - starting price of 4.65m EUR

The Privatization Agency announced public invitation today (May 28, 2009) for sale of "Zlatara Majdanpek" at the public auction on June 26th, 2009, at the starting price of 4.65m EUR.

According to the public invitation, of the starting price of 4.65m EUR, 3.1m EUR is the price of stocks of materials, small inventory, unfinished production and ready-made products.

The deadline for submission of applications expires on June 18th, 2009, and the dossier for the auction can be bought between June 5 and 17 at the price of 1,000 EUR.

The buyer will be obliged to employ 344 workers who are now permanent employees of "Zlatara Majdanpek" and to keep producing jewelry within, minimum, five years from the moment the privatization contract is signed.

According to the public invitation, "Zlatara Majdanpek" has production units in Majdanpek at total surface of 9,018 square meters, central warehouse at 1,020 square meters and office space in Belgrade, outside the city center, at 547.23 square meters.

"Zlatara Majdanpek" also owns 10 stores at total surface of 625.4 square meters, two stores of which (at 76.5 square meters) are situated in the center of Belgrade, while one store at 85.6 square meters is in Podgorica.

Ostale prodavnice nalaze se u Majdanpeku, Nišu, Knjaževcu, Valjevu, Boru, Zaječaru i Požarevcu.

Proizvođač nakita iz Majdanpeka raspolaže građevinskim zemljištem površine 40.173 m2.

"Zlatara Majdanpek" is a part of Metal-Processing Industry (IPM) in restructuring and it used to operate as a part of Mining-Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor".
