In 2019, the EBRD will revise these three policies. They are revised every five years, and the latest revision took place in 2014.
In line with PIP 2014, the EBRD invites organizations of civil society (OCD), its clients, partners and everyone interested to give their contribution to the revision of good governance policies.
Those interested can confirm their participation and send written comments to:
ESP - Environmental and Social Policy: ESPReview2019@ebrd.com
PCM - Project Complaint Mechanism: PCMReview2019@ebrd.com
PIP - Public Information Policy: PIPReview2019@ebrd.com
The drafts of the three policies will be published on the EBRD's website in late January and be open for comments for 45 calendar days. Public feedback can be sent in written form or given through personal participation in a range of public discussions.
A total of eight meetings will be organized in countries the EBRD operates in, more precisely, in the cities of Kiev (February 5), Tbilisi (February 7), Almaty (February 11), Istanbul (February 13), Cairo (February 21), Casablanca (February 26), Belgrade (February 28) and London (March 5). At these public discussions, each of the three good governance policies will be discussed for two hours.
