Pralines for guests of President of Serbia - chocolate candies with chili, pepper and ginger


Among the presents that the President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, gives to foreign guests are chocolate pralines "Adore Chocolat". These handmade candies are made of Belgian chocolate, and they are produced by company "Adore Chocolat" from Belgrade. The recipe originates from Serbia, and there are 50 different flavors of these chocolate candies. The most exotic are the ones with chili, pepper, ginger, rose and marasquino liqueur.
People from company "Adore Chocolat" say that numerous researches have shown that chocolate contains antioxidants that stimulate elimination of free radicals, which cause various diseases, from the organism. Chocolate contains feniletilamin, which is a natural medicine for depression, and teobromin, which is responsible for good mood and feeling of happiness. This former drink of the gods of ancient Aztecs are best with coffee or red wine.
