Company "Verano Group" at largest regional investment and real estate expo "Real Vienna 2009"

Company "Verano Group" will be an independent participant in "Real Vienna", the largest regional trade fair of investments and real estates on the territory of Central, East and Southeast Europe, which starts tomorrow, May 26, in Vienna, and lasts until May 28. On that occasion, this company will present its current investments in construction, planning and management of real estates.

This year's "Real Vienna", which turns into the largest European market for real estate business every May, will gather 327 exhibitors from 27 countries at 16,000 square meters of exhibition space.

Famouse Viennese "Messe Wien" will become the place not only for presentation of projects, but also for meeting of the representatives of cities, municipalities and regions, and the place where global investors and decision-makers make deals and choose the most profitable countries, cities and locations for investments. This year's expo will comprise total of 44 panel discussions at three stages, and nearly 10,000 visitors and participants from 47 countries are expected this year.

"Verano Group", which owns over 500,000 square meters of space under construction or in the phase when the plans are drawn and over 600,000 square meters for further development of first-class office space in Belgrade and Serbia, intended either for sale or rental, will represent the following projects in Austrian capital city: exclusive office space B23 Office Park - the first building of AAA class in the region, "Department Stores Beograd" - the largest chain of department stores in the country, Zira Centre, Trošarina Shopping Mall and Brdo Shopping City - the first retail park in Belgrade.
