HIP Azotara in bankruptcy has opened a public call seeking valuation of its property.

The valuer should also estimate the cost-effectiveness of the sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity as opposed to the sale of the property.

The company has been in bankruptcy since mid-September 2018, and the decision was reached by the Commercial Court in Pancevo due to the company’s excessive debts.
