Belgian Besix ready to finance construction projects in Serbia worth EUR 200 million

The Belgian construction company Besix has expressed readiness to finance and secure banking guarantees for projects in Serbia worth EUR 200 million, Energoprojekt announced.

As said, Energoprojekt and Besix signed a protocol of cooperation on the realization of various “design, construction and financing” projects in Serbia in mid-December 2018.

This Brussels-based company, which carries out construction and civil engineering projects, has announced grandiose projects in Serbia before, such as the 100-story building in Belgrade, announced as the tallest skyscraper in Europe, but never realized.
