E-platform for registration at Integral Register of Chemicals launched

The electronic platform for the registration of chemicals in the Integral Register of Chemicals (eIRH) has been launched, and the legal obligation of registering chemicals can be carried out electronically, by submitting data through the portal at irhportal.ekologija.gov.rs, Energetski Portal writes.

This aims to simplify and facilitate administrative procedures for business entities, thereby making for an easier and quicker way of complying with legal obligations and speeding up the check of submitted data by the competent authority.

In order for business entities and advisors for chemicals to be able to access eIRH, they need to be registered.

The registration form for business entities can be downloaded from irhportal.ekologija.gov.rs/Account/RegistracijaKompanija.

The launch of the e-platform for eIRH is one of the activities within the “Management of Risk of Chemicals in Serbia”, which the Ministry of Environmental Protection is carrying out in cooperation with the Swedish Chemicals Agency (KemI) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
