Fourth auction for sale of textile company "Zvezda" from Kruševac on June 26th

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced the public invitation for sale of Kruševac-based textile company "Zvezda" at the auction on June 26th at the starting price of 63.39m RSD.

According to the invitation, the deadline for registration for participation in the auction is June 18th, and the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 31.7m RSD.

The Kruševac textile company "Zvezda" was three times offered for sale in the period between December 2008 and April 2009, but all three auctions were unsuccessful because there were no interested buyers.
