Mortgage loans of Continental banka NLB

Minister of Finance in the Government of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, director of National Corporation for Insurance of Mortgage Loans, Aleksandar Jović, and director of Continental banka NLB group, Zoran Đurović, yesterday signed the contract on joining of this bank to the program for approval of mortgage loans to the young.

The loans are intended for citizens who are younger than 45. The maximal amount of the loan is €100,000 with downpayment of 10%, 20% are provided from the budget means, whereas 70% are provided by the bank and are given to be repaid after 6 – 20 years. Continental banka will start to accept applications for these loans on September 26 in 73 offices in Vojvodina and Belgrade.
This year, 2 billion CSD have been set aside from the budget of Serbia for this project. The Minister promised that that amount would be much bigger next year.
