Apatin-based brewer to introduce three more Belgian beer brands

The Apatin Brewer has announced today (May 21, 2009) that it will start producing three Belgian beer brands - "Leffe Blond", "Leffe Brown" and "Hoegaarden".

These beer brands can be found in the markets of more than 60 countries, and they will appear in Serbian market at the end of May.

The Apatin Brewer has 900 employees, production capacity of 4m hectoliters, and it is a part of Belgian group "Anheuser Busch" that operates in 130 countries, employs 120,000 workers and registered 26.5 billion EUR worth of incomes in 2008.

The Apatin Brewer sold 3.6m hectoliters of beer last year, which is 4.2% more than in 2007, and it exported 640,000 hectoliters of beer, which is 7% more than one year before.
