Additional capitalization of hotel "Prag" - 150m RSD worth of stocks issued

Hotel-catering and tourist company hotel "Prag" has published short leaflet on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange advertising the third issue of regular stocks worth 150m RSD, as well as the public invitation for registration and payment of stocks.

According to the public invitation, the funds collected in this way will be used for adaptation of hotel "Prag", which has three stars, in accordance with European standards.

Total of 300,000 stocks of nominal value of 500 RSD per stock will be issued within the scope of the third issue.

Stockholders with the the priority in purchase will be able to buy stocks from the third issue at the price of 731 RSD, while all others will be paying the price of 812 RSD per stock.

Registration of stocks for stockholders with the priority in purchase has already started, and it will last until June 2nd, while all others will be able to register their stocks between June 3 and 5.

The stocks of hotel "Prag" are traded in the out-of-stock-exchange market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange. The price of that security is 812 RSD, which is also its minimum value, also registered in July 2008, while the maximum price that this security reached in June 2008 amounted to 820 RSD.

The value of market capitalization of hotel "Prag" is about 191m RSD.
