"A-tec's" offer for Mining Smelter Basin "Bor" not to be accepted

- The offer of Austrian company "A-tec" for strategic partnership with Mining-Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor" can not be accepted because it is not an obligatory offer - the Ministry of Economy of Serbia announced today (May 18, 2009).

The bid submitted by company "A-tec" does not meet the criteria and requests from the public invitation, "so that the commission has decided to declare it as incomplete and, as such, it can not be the subject of further consideration" - it is stated in the announcement.

According to that announcement, the state will implement the strategy for development of RTB, and the new tender will not be announced for the time being.

"A-tec" is the only company that applied for strategic partnership with RTB.
