Austrian company "A-TEC Industries" announced that it had submitted the obligatory bid for strategic partnership with Mining-Smelter Basin "Bor".

- "A-tec" is completely devoted to realization of projected investments in Serbia. Takeover of RTB is the company's strategic aim, and we plan to turn it into a modern European factory and an inseparable part of "A-tec industries" - it is pointed out in the announcement.
