PIK "Zemun" for sale at auction on May 15 at starting price of 799.3m RSD

Agricultural Industrial Combine (PIK) "Zemun", that is, 70% of its capital, will be offered for sale at the auction on May 15th at the starting price of 799.3m RSD.

PIK "Zemun" deals with growing of cattle and production of milk, and the list of properties for sale includes the building of the Directorate and the dairy on the Batajnica Road, as well as plastic greenhouse for production of nursery plants, the administrative building of the company and milking house.

According to the public invitation, the company has the land at total surface of 3,566 ha at its disposal, 1,540 ha of which is building land. Agricultural land covers the area of 2,025 ha, 1,222 ha of which are owned by the state and the rest is public property.

The company’s overall business incomes in 2007 amounted to about 1.1m EUR, while the expenses reached the amount of 2.2m EUR. Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is about 45.3m EUR.
