Privatization of water management company Regulacije for Sremska Mitrovica advertised

The Ministry of Economy opened a public call for the privatization of the water management company Regulacije d.o.o. from Sremska Mitrovica yesterday.

The ministry invites all interested investors to submit letters of interest for the privatization process by mail or directly at the ministry's premises, by January 4, 2019.

Regulacije, which produces hydrotechnical structures, is 100% owned by the state.

The company's total assets as of December 31, 2017, amount to RSD 102,450,000, and the value of the capital has been estimated at RSD 47,524,000, it is said on the website of the Ministry of Economy.

The company employs 34 workers.

The company declined to comment on the announced privatization, and, as we learn unofficially, Regulacije has contracted jobs for the next three years.
