Serbia among 12 top-priority export market of Czech Republic

According to the list that has recently been revised and published by Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, Serbia is among 12 top-priority export markets of Czech Republic.

Serbia has got the place on that list of attractive markets thanks to the need for refurbishment of railway and road network, as well as the plans for refurbishment of the motor pools of public utility companies in major cities in Serbia.

Czech Republic, of which economy is export-oriented (80%), plans to intensify exchange of goods with Brasil, China, Egypt, Turkey or Ukraine.

The aforementioned list of prospective markets does not include any country in Western Balkan other than Serbia.

- We want to ensure better exchange of information between the entrepreneurs and the government administration. We also need to diversify our export because of the current global economic stagnation – Louboss Joza from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic said for the new issue of Czech’s weekly magazine Ekonom.
