Footwear industry "Beograd" for sale at auction on June 19th

Footwear industry "Beograd" in restructuring will be offered for sale at the auction on June 19th at the price of 402m RSD.

The estimated value of 97.8% of capital of the company that deals with production of leather footwear, which will be offered for sale at the auction, amounts to about 2.5 billion RSD. According to the public invitation for participation in the auction, which was published by the Privatization Agency, the buyer will be obliged to invest minimum 100.3m RSD in the footwear industry.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in the auction is June 11th, while the auction dossier can be bought in the period April 29th-June 10th at the price of 40,000 RSD.

Administrative buildings in Kumodraška Street and Aleksandra Dubčeka Street and three production halls in Belgrade and Zemun will be offered for sale.

Footwear industry "Beograd" has 16,726 square meters of public building land and 37,877 square meters of state-owned land at its disposal.
