The initial price is RSD 807,500,948.88. The property is bought as seen and can be viewed after the documentation is bought, each work day from 9 am till 3 pm and no later than seven days before the date scheduled for the sale, that is, until December 21, 2018. Visits must be announced to the bankruptcy supervisor.
The deposit payment deadline is December 24.
The auction will take place on December 28, at 11 am, in Belgrade.
