"Tetrada" and "Delta Generali" signed contract on implementation of DMS

- "Tetrada" and "Delta Generali" have signed the contract on introduction of "Document Management System" (DMS) in business processes – company "Tetrada" announced.

In the following period, company "Tetrada" will implement its DMS solutions in the process of the approval of damage, the liquidation of accounts, the approval of annual leaves and the electronic document filing.

In this way, the business costs will be reduced, the documents will be kept secured, and the level of control of these processes will be increased. The automation of work, quicker access to documents and improvement of efficiency will also result in greater comparative advantage over the competitors. Less power and time will be spent on administrative activities, and more attention will paid to the clients.

"Tetrada" is the branch office of company "Comtech" from Ljubljana, which deals with the design of software systems for resolving of problems of electronic document filing and electronic processing.
