Serbian entrepreneurs agreed to intensify cooperation with Germany

- The representatives of large Serbian companies that operate in Germany, such as "Hemofarm", "Jat Airways", Komercijalna Banka and NIS, have agreed to intensify the cooperation on promotion of the country and the commercial potentials of Serbia in Germany at the business meeting – Milanka Vučić, the CEO of the office of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia to Germany, announced.

According to the preliminary agreement from the business meeting that was held in the office of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia in Frankfurt on the Mein, several presentations under the name of “Round Table on Serbia” should be organized in 2009 in Frankfurt. The speakers at these events should be the high representatives of Serbia from the domains of politics and economy.

As far as German side is concerned, it is expected that the leading German companies, banks and politicians will take part in aforementioned presentations whose aim is to improve the bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Germany. The value of the exchange of goods between the two countries reached the record level of 2.5 billion EUR in 2008, which speaks enough about great potentials for its further improvement.
