Privatization Agency has decided to make "Creditanstald investment bank" (CAIB) financial councillor of Mining-Smelting Basin (RTB) Bor.
Financial councillor should design the study on restructuring and privatization of RTB and prepare documentation, which will be base for announcement of tender for sale of copper combine.
Design of study on restructuring of RTB and work of financial councillor for that company will be financed by World Bank with 1.3 million USD.
