Publishing company "Rad" sold for 126m RSD

Publishing company "Rad" from Belgrade was sold at auction on April 24, 2009, to Belgrade-based company "Media II" for 126m RSD.

By purchasing 70% of the capital of company "Rad" at the auction organized by the Privatization Agency, the buyer also took over the company’s debts worth 31m RSD.

The starting price of “Rad” was 116.1m RSD, and the representative of the new owner did not want to answer any of the journalists’ questions about the future of that company.

Publishing company "Rad" owns 347 square meters of office space and 152 square meters of storage space in 27. marta Street in Belgrade, and it publishes books, brochures and other publications.
