Croatian "Kamen-Benkovac" plans to expand its business in Serbian market, and they are interested in a location for storage space in the vicinity of Belgrade.

This company, which deals with exploitation, processing and sale of Benkovac’s table-like stone, hopes for successful appearance at the International Building Expo in Belgrade, which will be open until April 26th.

- Over the last ten years we have been exporting stone to Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy. Our stone is present in Serbia since the 1980’s. We want to reach the buyers from Russia, Romania and Bulgaria through Serbia. Our plan is to open a storage space in the vicinity of Belgrade in the near future and, thus, enable people to buy small quantities of stone, and that is why we are now looking for the location and the facility with the required infrastructure – Marina Šunić from the marketing sector of "Kamen- Benkovac" told eKapija.

Benkovac’s stone can be used for both external and internal covering of walls and floors. The colors of the stone range between light cream, shades of yellow and orange, and grey.

"Kamen-Benkovac" also deals with making of Dalmatian souvenirs.
