Contract on approval of mortgage loans to the younger than 45 signed with ProCredit bank

Minister of Finance in the Government of Republic of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, and director of National Corporation for Insurance of Mortgage Loans, Aleksandar Jović, have signed the contract with general director of ProCredit bank, Doerte Vading, on approval of mortgage loans to the persons younger than 45.

This contract will regulate the relations between the State and the afforementioned bank in the businesses related to approval of very favorable mortgage credits with repayment period of up to 25 years and annual interest rate of 4.5%, along with subvention of State for the credit downpayment.

For those who do not meet requirements for credits subvented by the State, ProCredit bank approves credits with repayment period of up to 20 years and interest rate ranging from 7.45 and 8.95%, depending on whether it is credit that requires payment of deposit or downpayment.
