Danica Drašković officially became member of Administrative Board of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia"

The Assembly of stockholders of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" (NIS) accepted the decision of the Administrative Board yesterday (April 21, 2009) about appointment of Danica Drašković as a member of the company’s Administrative Board.

The Administrative Board of NIS made the decision at the meeting on April 1st about the appointment of Danica Drašković as the fifth member of the Board that represents Serbia.

Other members that represent Serbia in the Administrative Board of NIS are: lawyer Biserka Jevtimijević-Drinjaković, Dušan Elezović, the President of the Provincial Board of the Democratic Party, Dušan Petrović, the Deputy President of DS, and Nikola Martinović, a long-time official in NIS.

The Administrative Board of NIS also comprises five members delegated by Russian company "Gazprom", while the Chairman of the Board is Dmitrij Mališev, the Adviser of the President of "Gazpromneft".
