Slovenian "Belinka" purchased 24.21% of stocks of Belgrade-based "Duga Holding"

There is announcement on the internet site of Ljubljana Stock Exchange saying that holding company "Belinka" purchased 24.21% of stocks of "Duga Holding".

"Duga Holding" is the leading manufacturer of paints, lacquers, connections, corrosion inhibitors and PET pre-forms and its products are exported to Russia, China, India and other countries.

Holding Company "Belinka" unites 5 companies: mother company "Belinka Holding", branch for production of peroxide compounds "Belinka Perkemija", wood lacquer manufacturer "Belinka Belles", manufacturer of chemicals "Belinka KTM" and unit for glue production "Belinka Kemostik".
