Parking Service planning construction of Pinki garage in Zemun

The PUE Parking Service Belgrade has opened a public call for the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of the Pinki garage, along with the environmental impact assessment, and the technical control of the projects for the issuing of the construction permit.

The plan entails the construction of a single-tier underground garage for 220 cars on 6,144 square meters. Parking in downtown Zemun has been a serious traffic problem for a long time now.

The public call features two lots – the service of the preparation of the technical documentation for the construction of the Pinki garage in Zemun with the preparation of the environmental impact assessment and the service of the technical control of the projects for the issuing of the construction permit.

Since each lot can be contracted independently, the procuring entity will sign a separate contract for each of the lots with the best bidder, selected using the criterion of the lowest price offered.

The bid submission deadline is November 26, 2018, at 11 am.
