ŠKUNDRIĆ: List of companies for construction of steam power plants until end of April

The Minister of Energy and Mining of Serbia, Petar Škundrić, announced that the list of companies that met the conditions for submission of bids on the tenders for construction of new steam power plants in Serbia would be made until the end of April.

Škundrić said at the meeting dedicated to the energy future of the Balkans that 53 companies had sent the letters of intent on the tender for construction of Steam Power Plant Kolubara B and construction of the third block in Steam Power Plant "Nikola Tesla" (TENT).

According to his words, about 1.6 billion EUR should be invested in construction of those units for production of electricity, of which total power will be 1,400 MW.
