Tender announced for sale of 93.8% of assets in industry of agricultural machinery "Zmaj"

Privatization Agency has announced tender for sale of 93.8% of assets of company for production of agricultural machinery Zmaj from Zemun. All public assets in "Zmaj" are offered for sale. The selected buyer will be obliged to purchase the remaining shares within period of 12 months at the same terms, which make up 6.2% of total assets of that company.

The conditions for participation in the tender are procurement of tender documentation at price of €5,000, experience in production of combines for corn or wheat lasting for at least 3 years and income of at least €15m in 2004. The deadline for submittal of requests for procurement of tender documentation is October 14, whereas November 11 is deadline for delivery of bids. The deposit for delivery of tender offers is €50,000. Zmaj is in the restructuring procedure since 2003 and it has 650 employees.
