Another Jugoremedija sale attempt falls through

Another attempt at the sale of Fabrika Lekova Jugoremedija Zrenjanin has fallen through. As no one had bought the documentation or paid the deposit, the sale was pronounced unsuccessful, the bankruptcy supervisor of Jugoremedija, Radovan Savic, confirmed for Dnevnik.

The sale was scheduled for November 5, and the company was supposed to be sold as a legal entity through public bidding, with the initial price at RSD 1.9 billion, a half of the estimated value. The offer included the factory’s industrial complex, the accompanying equipment, an apartment, 28 motor vehicles, the inventory...

It also included intellectual property – 21 medical drug trademarks, as well as the lawsuit at the Commercial Court of Zrenjanin for the return of the permits for the marketing of 22 medicaments.

– A new sale will follow, and the Board of Creditors will decide on the price and the date – Savic said.
