"Hemofarm" to buy remaining stocks of company "Zorka Pharma"

- "Hemofarm" has announced the offer for takeover of all stocks of company "Zorka Pharma" that are not in its posession - the chemical-pharmaceutical company announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Vršac-based "Hemofarm", which is owned by German "Stada", wants to take over 167,855 common stocks, that is, 3.19% of the šabac-based manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.

The bidder offers the price of 1,385 RSD per stock of "Zorka Pharma", and the bid will be open prior to the end of April.

"Hemofarm" already owns 5.07m stocks of "Zorka", 4.27m of which have been procured on the public tender, nearly 700,000 stocks have been bought through the bid for takeover, while about 106,000 stocks were acquired on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
