No bids for HI Prvi Maj Cacak

There were no bids for the purchase of Hemijska Industrija Prvi Maj Cacak at the initial price of RSD 120 million, the bankruptcy supervisor, Vesna Stankovic Vasovic, told Glas Zapadne Srbije and added that the decision on the fate of the company would soon be announced.

There were a total of 28 production facilities up for sale: paint, styrofoam, adhesive and powdered product plants, as well as warehouses, boiler rooms and traffic routes.

Not including the traffic routes, the total area of the facilities is 10,582 square meters.

The bankruptcy of Prvi Maj was declared by the Commercial Court of Cacak on August 16, 2016.
