Velefarm complex in Belgrade up for sale

The property complex of the bankruptcy debtor Velefarm AD holding kompanija Beograd, in Vozdovac, has been put up for sale through public bidding.

The initial price of the complex is RSD 910,482,952.52. It encompasses three buildings: a business center from 1989 with medical drug storage on the ground floor, with a total area of 9,377 m2; the Kolonade facility with consignment storage from 2008, with an area of 878 m2; the internal gas station from 2009.

Other side facilities, as well as the ground parking lot and the pre-fab tiered parking lot, the furniture and the equipment, are up for sale as well.

The public bidding is planned for November 28, 2018, at noon, at Velefarm's premises at 414a Vojvode Stepe Street. Eligible bidders include all natural and legal persons who buy out the documentation by November 19, 2018.
