The first electronically founded LLC is a restaurant in Vozdovac

That even informal invitations to a cup of coffee can inspire company names has been proven by Nemanja Zivanovic from Belgrade who has become the owner of the first electronically founded LLC. His restaurant will be called AJNAKAFU (“Wanna grab a cup of coffee?”).

This 34-year-old decided to found a single-member LLC, which means that he will be the only owner and director of the company, whereby he met the terms for filing an e-application form.

With a properly filled out and electronically signed e-application form, he used his credit card to pay the registration fee, and he completed the whole procedure online, through the app of the Business Registers Agency.

Along with the electronic decision on the registration of the founding, he was given a TIN by the Tax Administration and registered as a legal entity with the National Health Insurance Fund and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

Nemanja is now several steps away from an official beginning. He is yet to open a bank account and meet the requirements for performing hospitality activities. The preparation of a stamp, until recently an inevitable element of business communication, is no longer a mandatory step.
