Real estate and equipment from Ziper from Novi Sad up for sale

Administrative receiver of Ziper d.o.o. from Novi Sad announced a 12th in a row public tender for the sale of the company property. The subject of the sale are real estate and various equipment of the total estimated value of around EUR 4,5 million.

Next, there`s the offer to sell property of the former PIK meat industry in Kikinda which covers the area of 17,000 m2 located on the land plot larger than 10 ha which includes the supermarket with surface area of 1000 m2 equipped with access road and a parking lot. The estimated value of the property is at RSD 201.184.185.

The shopping mall in Sombor is also up for sale. It covers the area of around 5,000 m2 situated on the land plot larger than 2,4 ha together with accompanying facilities, estimated at RSD 245,184,185 .

In addition, there are offers to sell three supermarkets and a grocery store as well the equipment for meat industry.

The offers need to be submitted by December 1, 2018.
