"Aleksandar gradnja" rented lot in Novi Sad for 115m RSD

The lot in 29 Oslobođenja Boulevard in Novi Sad has been rented by building company "Aleksandar gradnja", which will, for that purpose, pay 115m RSD, triple the starting price at the auction, to the City Development Institute (ZIG).

This Novi Sad-based company offered the best price of all six participants in the auction ("Tehnogradnja", hotel "Centar", "Jugodom", Duško Dulović from Novi Sad, Dragan Spasojević from Petrovaradin and "Delta Generali" from Belgrade).

According to the plan for detailed regulation "Bulevar V", this land is intended for construction of facilities with up to two floors for business purposes (office space, catering facility, trade center, cultural contents, etc.).
