Scientists explain why men look at other women

Excuse for such behavior in men arrives from science. Namely, men can't be blamed for looking at other women while in presence of their partners because it's a matter of evolution. Researchers at the University of Stirling and the University of Glasgow came up with findings that conclude that you can't do anything about it.

– Men are simply predisposed for reproductive success and mating with as many partners as possible. That is why they unwittingly look at all women who are attractive to them, the scientists explained.

Nevertheless, Margaret Woods, a psychologist, reminds that such behavior isn't alright, because it embarrasses both the man's partner and the girl he is looking at.

– However pretty she might be and however confident of her physical attraction, every woman will either get offended or furious at such gesture. It depends whether she will openly admit it or keep it to herself and silently suffer. Adult men should simply refrain from such behavior, because it's offensive and revolting. They should ask themselves how would they react if their partners did the same thing to them. They would certainly think that their partner is being disrespectful, Woods warns.
