Agrokor to have big trade center built in Podgorica ?

Agrokor should soon start negotiations with the authorities in Podgorica on construction of big trade center in the scope of new business-apartment center. Podgorica set aside 30,000 square meters for Croatian company for construction of trade center and 15,000 square meters for parking lot, the price of which is €140 per square meter. Agrokora confirmed to Večernji list that it was interested in construction of the trade center, but it added that it was too early to speak about concrete plans.
