Russian consortium bought Goša FOM for €4m

Russian consortium Koks has signed the contract on procurement of 71% of the assets of company "Goša fabrika opreme i mašina" (Goša FOM) from Smederevska Palanka for €4m. By that contract the buyer obliged to invest €3.5m in Goša FOM in the next 5 years. The buyer has also promised that no worker will be dismissed within next three years, as well as that the salaries will be increased by 10% and that, at least, 20% of annual profit of the company will be paid to the stockholders in form of dividends.
