Leskovac to get modern business-residential complex Le Park – Centum to invest EUR 5 million

The city of Leskovac will get a modern business-residential complex estimated at EUR 5 million, eKapija portal learned.

Centum d.o.o. has started construction on Le Park building complex. Set in the urban neighborhood Dubocica, the complex will consist of two buildings with six floors each and will include a spacious park area on the top of the building, an underground garage and a business area on the ground floor.

The company told our portal that they have already built the garage, the ground floor and two more levels and that they were currently working on the third floor of the first building. The first building will be finished by the Fall 2019 and the whole complex is expected to be done by October 2020 at the latest. According to the investors, there are plenty of interested buyers and the price of a square meter is EUR 800 plus VAT.

– Since we are a construction company we do all the work ourselves, we have our own concrete plant, we also make aluminum and PVC carpentry and we also have our own steel structure and glass factories. We collaborate with Alumil, CRH, Masterplast and other companies, Centum told eKapija.

The complex will contain 320 m2 of commercial property.
