Credits of Erste bank/Novosadska banka for apartments from program of Ministry of Finance – €15m

Minister of Finance, Mlađan Dinkić, and the representatives of Novosadska banka – member of the group of Erste bank have signed the contract of approval of mortgage loans. The contract has been signed by the representatives of the Ministry and the representatives of National corporation for insurance of mortgage loans.

In July 2005, Dinkić announced that Erste bank would provide €15m for approval of credits for construction of houses and apartments with interest rate that is 2% lower than the average interest rate on the domestic market and the repayment period of 20 years.
