"Holcim" offered 1m EUR for company "Kamenko Gagrčin"

- Cement factory "Holcim Srbija" from Popovac has offered 1m EUR for 70% of capital of Sombor-based river transportation company "Kamenko Gagrčin" – the Privatization Agency of Serbia announced today (April 2nd, 2009).

River transportation, civil engineering and trade company “Hidro-baza” also submitted the bid on the second tender for sale of "Kamenko Gagrčin". This company has offered the price of 100,000 EUR.

Both bidders have offered 1m EUR worth of investment programme and accepted minimum obligations from the social programme. According to the announcement, the Privatization Agency will evaluate the bids within the next 30 days.
