Spa resorts Mataruška Banja and Bogutovačka Banja for sale on auction on April 24 at starting price of 134.6m RSD

- After one unsuccessful and four cancelled auctions, spa resorts Mataruška Banja and Bogutovačka Banja will be offered for sale on April 24th, at the starting price of 134.6m RSD – the Privatization Agency announced.

The deadline for submission of applications expires on April 14th. All local and foreign companies that own a four-star hotel and registered minimum 3m EUR worth of incomes in the last business year can participate in the auction.

The estimated value of 70% of capital of these sanatoria is 841.3m RSD, that is, about 8.89m EUR. Future owner will have to invest, at least, 224.5m RSD in them, while the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 67.3m RSD.

The most important facilities are hotels "Termal" at 6,303 square meters, "Mineral" at 3,045 square meters, and "Žiča" at 2,181 square meters.
