"Zorka-mineral fertilizers" for sale at auction on May 15 at starting price of 3.3m EUR

The Privatization Agency has announced today (March 27, 2009) the auction for sale of the property of company "Zorka-mineral fertilizers" from Šabac at the starting price of 3.3m EUR.

The auction is scheduled for May 15th, and the deadline for submission of applications for participation is May 7th. The condition for participation in the auction is the payment of the deposit of 320,000 EUR.

Total of 108 buildings for processing of chemical products, soup kitchen and three warehouses, building and agricultural land, as well as equipment used by factory “Zorka-mineral fertilizers”, are offered for sale.

The buyer will be obliged to keep all the employees in the factory, to start production of mineral fertilizers within one year, and to maintain the continuity of production within, at least, two years.

Šabac-based "Zorka holding" has been in restructuring process since year 2002.
