Third meeting of economic committee of Serbia and Slovakia on March 27 in Belgrade

- The third meeting of the Mixed committee for economic cooperation between Slovakia and Serbia will be finished today (March 27, 2009) in Belgrade – the Ministry of Economy of Serbia announced.

According to the announcement, following the completion of the two-day meeting, the State Secretary of International Economic Relations of Serbia, Vesna Arsić, and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of Slovakia, Peter Žiga, will sign the protocol.

According to some earlier announcements, the topics at the meeting were previous cooperation and future economic relations.

The value of Slovakia’s annual export to Serbia amounts to about 350m EUR, while Serbia’s export to Slovakia is worth about 160m EUR.
