Belgrade - Super Vero and Verano to have trade center, hypermarket and underground garage built

At the corner of Ruzveltova Street and Cvijićeva Street, construction of another, the third in a row, hypermarket Super Vero have started. This is joint investment of Greek company Veropoulos Bros and Verano motors. The ground floor is reserved for supermarket on 4,000 square meters, whereas the upper floors will be used for trade center and suites. Special attraction will be the garage on five floors under the ground. Two floors will be reserved for buyers in Vero, whereas the remaining 3 will be at the disposal of Verano Motors, the importer of Peugeot vehicles. The Greek company will invest €15m.

The buyers will enter the new hypermarket for the first time at the end of 2006. Construction of another 5 hypermarkets in next 3 years is in the pipeline. About 1.6 billion CSD will be spent only on building lots, building and equipping of these hypermarkets.
