Company Worldfin S.A Luxemburg (take a look at the offer in the tenders), backed by, unofficially, Croatian company Agrokor, wants to take over Port of Belgrade for €40m. This company offers 800 CSD per stock and they want to buy all issued stocks.

Port of Belgrade has been privatized in accordance with the former law and minor stockholders now have 59.12% of stocks, whereas Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund own 40.88% of stocks.

Agrokor is building big facility in the Port since it entered strategic partnership with trade company Idea, which rented part of the port. Idea has wholesale facility in the port, as well as production unit and restaurant. The owner of the company is Enver Muhović.

As far as other ports in Serbia are concerned, Midland Resources is already majority owner of Port of Pančevo.
