HIP Azotara from Pancevo goes bankrupt

The Commercial Court of Pancevo has ruled in favour of the proposition from the Ministry of Economy and initiated bankruptcy proceeding in HIP Azotara. The ruling states "excessive debts" as the reason to initiate bankruptcy.

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency is the administrative receiver of HIP Azotara. Creditors can file compensation claims towards HIP Azotara within the next 120 days.
The Commercial Court has scheduled the creditors' hearing for October 22, 2018 at noon. The Creditors Council is to be elected at the same time. The hearing at which creditors' claims are to be considered is scheduled for March 18, 2019.
