Sale of 70% of capital of Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika Belgrade advertised

The Ministry of Economy of Serbia has tendered the sale of 70% of the capital of the Belgrade-based company Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika at the initial price of EUR 966,945.

The initial price is 50% of the estimated value of the offered capital of the company, which designs and builds all types of energy and hydro facilities and buildings.

The application deadline is October 12, and the opening of the bids will take place on October 15.

Eligible companies are those whose primary activity is the construction of hydrotechnical facilities or the construction of pipelines, electrical and communications connections and which have had an annual income of at least EUR 20 million for the past three years continuously.
